Epsy Prizes and rewards

Entry

When you complete an Epsy survey, you may receive a reward or be entered into a draw to win a prize, this will be credited to your email address within 60 days of the survey deadline. The prize you will receive for completion of each survey may vary and will be announced prior to each survey.

Contests

We may offer contests, with prizes to randomly selected entrants, rather than a guaranteed prize (in which cases we will clearly identify invitations that provide entry to contests and provide a direct link to the related contest rules and regulations).Rewards will generally come in the form of Amazon vouchers but this can change from time to time at our sole discretion.

Changing rewards

We reserve the right to change the reward value or other incentives within the recruitment for a Survey. At our sole discretion we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability or the provision of advance notice to you. We further reserve the right to adjudicate all reward discrepancies in our sole discretion, and you agree to abide with any such adjudication.

Expiration, errors or transferring prizes

Rewards may be subject to time expiration, Epsy does not take responsibility for a reward’s expiration before a participant's redemption.

We take reasonable care to ensure rewards are accurately sent to your account, however, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions concerning. You must alert us in writing of any error within 30 days of when such error occurred. Prizes cannot be changed, transferred or replaced.
